Get to Know Me

  After making it from incredibly overweight with immobilizing sciatica to completing 5k and cross fit competitions, I decided to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I can help others as so many have helped me along the way.

  Fully-certified since 2018 in both personal training and nutrition, I’ve been successfully coaching clients through their personal goals. During these this time, I have run boot camps both big and small, cardio classes, Senior strength groups, and charity events. It has been a great joy to watch many of my clients reach their fitness, nutrition, and weight loss goals! In these ventures I found that my true passion was for coaching clients through overall sustainable and healthy change. 

From this, I've created Bywater Fitness and Nutrition.
